Op 23 maart kwam er een aanscherping en verlenging van overheidswege: "Alle bijeenkomsten verboden tot 1 juni”. Het is helaas duidelijk dat SCALA tot dan dicht moet blijven en we het festival dit jaar moeten annuleren . . .
