DJ Nettie – Nettie started being El Fuego’s home-DJ, when El Fuego was founded in 2005; they didn’t have a budget for a “real” DJ.
She has been inspired by the famous DJ Remy.
Nettie likes to play traditional tango, tango-waltz and milonga. But she is able to surprise her public with some nice neo or nuevo music too.
Nettie plays her music in tanda’s, only using CD’s. She doesn’t make a playlist, watching the dancers to make her choice for the next music to play.
Fresedo, Lomuto, di Sarli and Pugliese are her favorite composers/orchestra’s; tango-music from “epoco d’oro”.
