At one of TipoTango’s legendary 4-D fests, Julien Blondel’s Roulotte Tango Quartet from France performed. At the time, they made an overwhelming impression on us with their energetic and sensitive way of playing. The pieces flew off! Afterwards, it turned out that some strings of our grand piano had not survived the spectacle and had to be replaced. En op ons jubileumfeest ontvingen wij Roulotte Tango weer, toen in de vorm van een kwintet:

In this formation, they played traditional, instrumental, and very danceable music in Scala. On Saturday 12 October for all dancers present and on Sunday 13 October for dancers and other interested parties. The 13 October performance was a gift from TipoTango to the city of Eindhoven.
